Aadhaar e-KYC

Know Your Customer (KYC) is a process carried out by service providers like banks, telecom service providers etc to check the authenticity of the customers. In KYC, a) Proof of Identity (POI) and b)Proof of Address (POA) are verified. This information is typically also stored by the organisation  for customer reference purposes.

How it works

The user enters Personal Details including Name, DOB, Gender, Mobile and Mail ID as on Aadhaar Card.

The user enters Address Details as on Aadhaar Card, including City, State, and PIN Code.

User verifies Aadhar by entering Aadhaar Number and the OTP received on the Registered Mobile Number (RMN) with the Aadhaar.

The user gets a confirmation of either successful or failed e-KYC. If successful the user can proceed further. If e-KYC failed, the user needs to contact support.
